Biography
Justine Dima
Justine Dima is an associate professor at the HEIG-VD, HES-SO. She works internationally as a human resources consultant, with particular expertise in digitalization and occupational health.
She disseminates her research findings through publications (including both scientific articles and professional articles) as well as conferences (both scientific and organizational). She is also the creator and head of the CAS in HR Digitalization (a continuing education program offered at HEIG-VD).
